MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Cassava Sciences, Inc. (SAVA) Name and Trading Symbol Change
Cassava Sciences, Inc. (SAVA) will change its name and trading symbol to Filana Therapeutics, Inc. (FLNA) effective 3/11/2026.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SAVA will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, March 10, 2026.
NOTE: FLNA options will trade on Cloud 6 on the MIAX Options Exchange, Cloud 3 on the MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and Cloud 2 on the MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange.
