As previously mentioned in the January 30, 2026 Alert, effective March 1, 2026, MIAX Pearl Equities will make the below described changes to the Market Quoting Program.

1. Effective March 1, 2026, the minimum threshold to qualify for the Market Quoting Program will be increased from an average of at least 750 securities per day to an average of at least 900 securities per day.
   1. Note: As a reminder, the updated minimum threshold of 900 securities will need to be achieved in February 2026 to qualify for and receive the rebate under this program for transactions in March 2026.

Additionally, the updated Market Quality Securities list for the NBBO Setter Plus Program, effective March 1, 2026, is posted on the MIAX website.
