MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Armada Hoffler Properties, Inc. (AHH) Name and Trading Symbol Change
Armada Hoffler Properties, Inc. (AHH) will change its name and trading symbol to AH Realty Trust, Inc. (AHRT) effective on Monday, March 2, 2026.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in AHH will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, February 27, 2026.
NOTE: AHRT options will trade on Cloud 1 on the MIAX Options Exchange, the MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and the MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange.
