MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Stifel Financial Corporation (SF)
Stifel Financial Corporation (SF) has announced a 3 for 2 stock split effective for Friday, February 27, 2026. On this date, the current SF option class will change to SF1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange will not list SF1 options. Therefore, no options on SF will be available for trading on Friday, February 27, 2026.
Stifel Financial Corporation (SF) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange on Monday, March 2, 2026.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SF will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, February 26, 2026.
