MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Adtalem Global Education Inc. (ATGE) Name and Trading Symbol Change
Adtalem Global Education Inc. (ATGE) will change its name and trading symbol to Covista Inc. (CVSA) effective on Tuesday, February 24, 2026.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in ATGE will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, February 23, 2026.
NOTE: CVSA options will trade on Cloud 3 on the MIAX Options Exchange and on Cloud 2 on the MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange.
