MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Global Medical REIT Inc. (GMRE) Name and Trading Symbol Change
Global Medical REIT Inc. (GMRE) will change its name and trading symbol to Chiron Real Estate Inc. (XRN) effective on Monday, February 23, 2026.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in GMRE will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, February 20, 2026.
NOTE: XRN options will trade on Cloud 20 on the MIAX Options Exchange, Cloud 10 on the MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and Cloud 6 on the MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange.
