MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Churchill Capital Corp X (CCCX) Name and Trading Symbol Changes to Infleqtion, Inc. (INFQ)
Churchill Capital Corp X (CCCX) will change its name and trading symbol to o Infleqtion, Inc. (INFQ) effective on Tuesday, February 17, 2026.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in CCCX will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, February 13, 2026.
NOTE: INFQ options will trade on Cloud 9 on the MIAX Options Exchange, on Cloud 4 on the MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and on Cloud 3 on the MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange.
