MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Change to the Market for Underlying Security Used for Openings on MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options, and MIAX Sapphire Options for Symbol CCCX (INFQ) Effective Tuesday, February 17, 2026

Churchill Capital Corp X (“CCCX”) will change its name and symbol to (“INFQ”) and transfer primary listing from NASDAQ to the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) effective Tuesday, February 17, 2026.
