American Financial Group Inc. (AFG) and Artisan Partners Asset Management Inc. (APAM) have announced Special Cash Dividends. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Friday, February 13, 2026. AFG and APAM options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in AFG and APAM will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, February 12, 2026.
