MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Becton, Dickinson and Company (BDX)
Becton, Dickinson and Company (BDX) has announced a spin off effective for Tuesday, February 10, 2026. On this date, the current BDX option class will change to BDX1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange will not list BDX1 options. Therefore, no options on BDX will be available for trading on Tuesday, February 10, 2026.
Becton, Dickinson and Company (BDX) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange on Wednesday, February 11, 2026.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in BDX will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, February 9, 2026.
