Xerox Holdings Corporation (XRX) has announced a distribution effective for Monday, February 9, 2026. On this date, the current XRX option class will change to XRX1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange will not list XRX1 options. Therefore, no options on XRX will be available for trading on Monday, February 9, 2026. 

Xerox Holdings Corporation (XRX) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange on Tuesday, February 10, 2026.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in XRX will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, February 6, 2026.
