MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: American Axle & Manufacturing Holdings, Inc. (AXL) Name and Trading Symbol Change to Dauch Corporation (DCH)
American Axle & Manufacturing Holdings, Inc. (AXL) will change its name and trading symbol to Dauch Corporation (DCH) effective on Thursday, February 5, 2026.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in AXL will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, February 4, 2026.
NOTE: DCH options will trade on Cloud 4 on the MIAX Options Exchange, on Cloud 3 on the MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange, and on Cloud 2 on the MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange.
