As previously communicated, MIAX Sapphire will provide access to a Virtual Trading Floor (VTF) system to be used in the event the physical trading floor is inaccessible. The first 2026 test will occur on Saturday, February 28, 2026, from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. The test will use the VTF system in combination with the MIAX Sapphire Production Environment to allow Market Makers and Floor Brokers to familiarize themselves with the VTF system.

Note: the VTF system operates independently and does not require integration with market maker or floor broker systems. The use of the VTF system along with the Sapphire production systems for this exercise is solely for replicating potential trading scenarios.
 
Please send an email to TradingOperations@miaxglobal.com once you have successfully completed testing.

Floor Broker Test Plan:

1. Log in and confirm audio
2. Log in and confirm video access
3. Enter a trade into the Sapphire Trading system from your remote location
4. Log into Member Firm Portal from your remote location and perform a post trade allocation

Market Maker Test Plan:

1. Log in and confirm audio
2. Log in and confirm video access
3. Respond to an order and participate in a trade 
4. Confirm receipt of trade allocation via your firms network
5. Confirm receipt of trade allocation via the trade drop if applicable
6. Log into Member Firm Portal from your remote location
