MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Delistings Effective for January 22, 2026

The following option classes will be de-listed from the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange effective for Thursday, January 22, 2026:

  • TrueCar, Inc. (TRUE)
  • Urban One, Inc. (UONE)
  • Urban One, Inc. (Class D) (UONEK)
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in TRUE, UONE and UONEK will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, January 21, 2026.
