Mind Medicine (MindMed) Inc. (MNMD) will change its name and trading symbol to Definium Therapeutics, Inc. (DFTX) effective on Thursday, January 15, 2026.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in MNMD will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, January 14, 2026.
NOTE: DFTX options will trade on Cloud 4 on the MIAX Options Exchange, Cloud 3 on the MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange, and Cloud 2 on the MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange.
