MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Amcor plc (AMCR)
Amcor plc (AMCR) has announced a reverse split effective for Thursday, January 15, 2026. On this date, the current AMCR option class will change to AMCR1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange will not list AMCR1 options. Therefore, no options on AMCR will be available for trading on Thursday, January 15, 2026.
Amcor plc (AMCR) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange on Friday, January 16, 2026.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in AMCR will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, January 14, 2026.
