CommScope Holding Company, Inc. (COMM) will change its name and trading symbol to Vistance Networks, Inc. (VISN) effective on Wednesday, January 14, 2026.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in COMM will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, January 13, 2026.
NOTE: VISN options will trade on Cloud 19 on the MIAX Options Exchange, Cloud 10 on the MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange, and Cloud 6 on the MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange.
