MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: QIAGEN N.V. (QGEN)
QIAGEN N.V. (QGEN) has announced a Consolidation and Distribution effective for Thursday, January 8, 2026. On this date, the current QGEN option class will change to QGEN1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange will not list QGEN1 options. Therefore, no options on QGEN will be available for trading on Thursday, January 8, 2026.
QIAGEN N.V. (QGEN) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange on Friday, January 9, 2026.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in QGEN will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, January 7, 2026.
