MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Elme Communities (ELME)
Elme Communities (ELME) has announced an Initial Liquidating Distribution effective for Thursday, January 8, 2026. On this date, the current ELME option class will change to ELME1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange will not list ELME1 options. Therefore, no options on ELME will be available for trading on Thursday, January 8, 2026.
Elme Communities (ELME) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange on Friday, January 9, 2026.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in ELME will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, January 7, 2026.
