MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Change to the Market for Underlying Security Used for Openings on MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options, and MIAX Sapphire Options for Symbol CYBN (HELP) Effective Monday, January 05, 2026

Cybin Inc. (“CYBN”) will change its symbol to (“HELP”) and transfer primary listing from the NYSE American to the Nasdaq Global Market (“NASDAQ”) effective Monday, January 05, 2026.

MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options, and MIAX Sapphire Options will use NASDAQ as the “market for the underlying security” for the purpose of Openings on the Exchange.
