MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Owens and Minor, Inc. (OMI) Name and Trading Symbol Changes to Accendra Health, Inc. (ACH)
Owens & Minor, Inc. (OMI) will change its name and trading symbol to Accendra Health, Inc. (ACH) effective on Friday, January 2, 2026.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in OMI will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, December 31, 2025.
NOTE: ACH options will trade on Cloud 1 on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and on the MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange.
