MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Mogo Inc. (MOGO) will change its name and trading symbol to Orion Digital Corporation (ORIO)
Mogo Inc. (MOGO) will change its name and trading symbol to Orion Digital Corporation (ORIO) effective on Friday, January 2, 2026.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in MOGO will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, December 31, 2025.
NOTE: ORIO options will trade on Cloud 14 on the MIAX Options Exchange, Cloud 7 on the MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange, and Cloud 5 on the MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange.
