MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert - American Coastal Insurance Corporation (ACIC) and Old Republic International Corporation (ORI)
American Coastal Insurance Corporation (ACIC) and Old Republic International Corporation (ORI) have announced Special Cash Dividends. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Friday, January 2, 2026. ACIC and ORI options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in ACIC and ORI will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, December 31, 2025.
