Bain Capital Specialty Finance Inc. (BCSF) and Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc. (HST) have announced Special Cash Dividends. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Wednesday, December 31, 2025. BCSF and HST options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in BCSF and HST will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, December 30, 2025.
