MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Adicet Bio, Inc. (ACET)
Adicet Bio, Inc. (ACET) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Tuesday, December 30, 2025. On this date, the current ACET option class will change to ACET1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange will not list ACET1 options. Therefore, no options on ACET will be available for trading on Tuesday, December 30, 2025.
Adicet Bio, Inc. (ACET) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange on Wednesday, December 31, 2025.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in ACET will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, December 29, 2025.
