MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Change to the Market for Underlying Security Used for Openings on MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options, and MIAX Sapphire Options for Symbol ABL (ABX) Effective Tuesday, December 30, 2025

Abacus Global Management, Inc. (“ABL”) will change its symbol to (“ABX”) and transfer primary listing from the NASDAQ Exchange to the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) effective Tuesday, December 30, 2025.

MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options, and MIAX Sapphire Options will use NYSE as the “market for the underlying security” for the purpose of Openings on the Exchange.
