MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Itau Unibanco Holding S.A. (ITUB)
Itau Unibanco Holding S.A. (ITUB) has announced a stock dividend effective for Monday, December 29, 2025. On this date, the current ITUB option class will change to ITUB2. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange will not list ITUB2 options. Therefore, no options on ITUB will be available for trading on Monday, December 29, 2025.
Itau Unibanco Holding S.A. (ITUB) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange on Tuesday, December 30, 2025.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in ITUB will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, December 26, 2025.
