Companhia de Saneamento Basico do Estado de Sao Paulo - SABESP (SBS) has announced a Stock Dividend effective for Monday, December 29, 2025. On this date, the current SBS option class will change to SBS1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange will not list SBS1 options. Therefore, no options on SBS will be available for trading on Monday, December 29, 2025.
Companhia de Saneamento Basico do Estado de Sao Paulo - SABESP (SBS) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange on Tuesday, December 30, 2025.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SBS will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, December 26, 2025.
