Oppenheimer Holdings Inc. (OPY) has announced a Special Cash Dividend. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Friday, December 26, 2025. OPY options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in OPY will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, December 24, 2025.
