MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert - Tradr 2X Long Innovation ETF (TARK)
Tradr 2X Long Innovation ETF (TARK) has announced a Capital Gains Distribution. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Tuesday, December 23, 2025. TARK options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in TARK will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, December 22, 2025.
