MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Qudian Inc. (QD) will change its name and trading symbol to High Templar Tech Limited (HTT)
Qudian Inc. (QD) will change its name and trading symbol to High Templar Tech Limited (HTT) effective on Monday, December 22, 2025.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in QD will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, December 19, 2025.
NOTE: HTT options will trade on Cloud 8 on the MIAX Options Exchange, Cloud 4 on the MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange, and Cloud 3 on the MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange.
