ServiceNow, Inc. (NOW) has announced a stock split. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Thursday, December 18, 2025. NOW options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in NOW will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, December 17, 2025.
