MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (FNF)
Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (FNF) has announced a distribution effective for Wednesday, December 17, 2025. On this date, the current FNF option class will change to FNF1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange will not list FNF1 options. Therefore, no options on FNF will be available for trading on Wednesday, December 17, 2025.
Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (FNF) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange on Thursday, December 18, 2025.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in FNF will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, December 16, 2025.
