SITE Centers Corporation (SITC) and W.R. Berkley Corporation (WRB) have announced Special Cash Dividends. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Monday, December 15, 2025. SITC and WRB options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SITC and WRB will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, December 12, 2025.
