MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Delistings Effective for December 9, 2025

The following option classes will be de-listed from the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange effective for Tuesday, December 9, 2025:

  • Akero Therapeutics, Inc. (AKRO)
  • Cantor Equity Partners, Inc.(CEP)
  • Spirit AeroSystems Holdings, Inc. (SPR)
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in AKRO, CEP and SPR will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, December 8, 2025.
