MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Yieldmax AMD Option Income Strategy ETF (AMDY)
Yieldmax AMD Option Income Strategy ETF (AMDY) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Monday, December 8, 2025. On this date, the current AMDY option class will change to AMDY1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange will not list AMDY1 options. Therefore, no options on AMDY will be available for trading on Monday, December 8, 2025.
Yieldmax AMD Option Income Strategy ETF (AMDY) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange on Tuesday, December 9, 2025.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in AMDY will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, December 5, 2025.
