MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Unilever PLC (UL)
Unilever PLC (UL) has announced a distribution effective for Monday, December 8, 2025. On this date, the current UL option class will change to UL1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange will not list UL1 options. Therefore, no options on UL will be available for trading on Monday, December 8, 2025.
Unilever PLC (UL) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange on Tuesday, December 9, 2025.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in UL will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, December 5, 2025.
