MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert - SPDR Stock Splits Effective for Friday, December 5, 2025

The following ProShares Stock Splits have been announced:

  • Materials Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLB)
  • Energy Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLE)
  • Technology Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLK)
  • Utilities Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLU)
  • Consumer Discretionary Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLY)
Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Friday, December 5, 2025.

The above option classes will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in XLB, XLE, XLK, XLU and XLY will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, December 4, 2025.
