MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Sutro Biopharma, Inc. (STRO)
Sutro Biopharma, Inc. (STRO) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Wednesday, December 3, 2025. On this date, the current STRO option class will change to STRO1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange will not list STRO1 options. Therefore, no options on STRO will be available for trading on Wednesday, December 3, 2025.
Sutro Biopharma, Inc. (STRO) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange on Thursday, December 4, 2025.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in STRO will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, December 2, 2025.
