MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Change to the Market for Underlying Security Used for Openings on MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options, and MIAX Sapphire Options for Symbol AMRK (GOLD) Effective Tuesday, December 2, 2025

A-Mark Precious Metals, Inc. (“AMRK”) had a name and symbol change to Gold.com, Inc. (“GOLD”) and transferred primary listing from the NASDAQ Exchange to the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) today, Tuesday, December 2, 2025.

MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options, and MIAX Sapphire Options will use NYSE as the “market for the underlying security” for the purpose of Openings on the Exchange.
