On Friday, November 28, 2025, the MIAX Pearl Equities exchange inadvertently closed the Live Order Window at 4:17 p.m.  As a result, all new orders, cancellation requests, and cancel/replace requests were rejected for the remainder of the Late Trading session.

There were no trade executions between 4:17 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.  All resting orders with "Time in Force" values of GTT or GTX were canceled by the trading system at the close of the Late Trading session.
