MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Hudson Pacific Properties, Inc. (HPP)
Hudson Pacific Properties, Inc. (HPP) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Tuesday, December 2, 2025. On this date, the current HPP option class will change to HPP1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange will not list HPP1 options. Therefore, no options on HPP will be available for trading on Tuesday, December 2, 2025.
Hudson Pacific Properties, Inc. (HPP) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange on Wednesday, December 3, 2025.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in HPP will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, December 1, 2025.
