MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Cresud S.A.C.I.F. y A. (CRESY)
Cresud S.A.C.I.F. y A. (CRESY) has announced a Stock Dividend effective for Friday, November 28, 2025. On this date, the current CRESY option class will change to CRESY1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange will not list CRESY1 options. Therefore, no options on CRESY will be available for trading on Friday, November 28, 2025.
Cresud S.A.C.I.F. y A. (CRESY) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange on Monday, December 1, 2025.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in CRESY will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, November 26, 2025.
