MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Ambac Financial Group, Inc. (AMBC) will change its name and trading symbol to Octave Specialty Group, Inc. (OSG)
Ambac Financial Group, Inc. (AMBC) will change its name and trading symbol to Octave Specialty Group, Inc. (OSG) effective on Thursday, November 20, 2025.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in AMBC will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, November 19, 2025.
NOTE: OSG options will trade on Cloud 14 on the MIAX Options Exchange, on Cloud 7 on the MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and on the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange, and on Cloud 5 on the MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange.
