MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Opendoor Technologies Inc. (OPEN)
Opendoor Technologies Inc. (OPEN) has announced a distribution effective for Tuesday, November 18, 2025. On this date, the current OPEN option class will change to OPEN1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange will not list OPEN1 options. Therefore, no options on OPEN will be available for trading on Tuesday, November 18, 2025.
Opendoor Technologies Inc. (OPEN) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange on Wednesday, November 19, 2025.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in OPEN will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, November 17, 2025.
