MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Change to the Market for Underlying Security Used for Openings on MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options, and MIAX Sapphire Options for Symbol SENS Effective Monday, November 17, 2025

Senseonics Holdings, Inc. (“SENS”) transferred primary listing from the NYSE American to the Nasdaq Global Select Market (“NASDAQ”) effective today, Monday, November 17, 2025.

MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options, and MIAX Sapphire Options will use NASDAQ as the “market for the underlying security” for the purpose of Openings on the Exchange.
