MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Apartment Investment and Management Company (AIV) and Fomento Economico Mexicano, S.A.B. de C.V. (FMX)

Apartment Investment and Management Company (AIV) and Fomento Economico Mexicano, S.A.B. de C.V. (FMX) have announced dividends effective for Thursday, October 16, 2025.  On that date, the current option classes will change to the following:

  • Apartment Investment and Management Company (AIV) changes to (AIV1)
  • Fomento Economico Mexicano, S.A.B. de C.V. (FMX) changes to (FMX1)
The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange will not list the above adjusted options. Therefore, no options on AIV and FMX will be available for trading on Thursday, October 16, 2025.

AIV and FMX will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange on Friday, October 17, 2025.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in AIV and FMX will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, October 15, 2025.
