MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Bed Bath & Beyond, Inc. (BBBY)
Bed Bath & Beyond, Inc. (BBBY) has announced a warrants distribution effective for Thursday, October 2, 2025. On this date, the current BBBY option class will change to BBBY1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange will not list BBBY1 options. Therefore, no options on BBBY will be available for trading on Thursday, October 2, 2025.
Bed Bath & Beyond, Inc. (BBBY) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange on Friday, October 3, 2025.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in BBBY will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, October 1, 2025.
