MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Option Classes EDZ, FAZ, LABD, LESL, SONY, and SPXS
Direxion Daily MSCI Emerging Markets Bear 3X Shares (EDZ), Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares (FAZ), Direxion Daily S&P Biotech Bear 3X Shares (LABD), Leslies, Inc. (LESL), Sony Group Corporation (SONY) and Direxion Daily S&P 500 Bear 3X Shares (SPXS) have announced corporate actions effective for Monday, September 29, 2025. On this date, the current option class will change to an adjusted option class.
The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange will not list adjusted options. Therefore, no options on EDZ, FAZ, LABD, LESL, SONY, and SPXS will be available for trading on Monday, September 29, 2025.
EDZ, FAZ, LABD, LESL, SONY, and SPXS will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange on Tuesday, September 30, 2025.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in EDZ, FAZ, LABD, LESL, SONY, and SPXS will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, September 26, 2025.
