MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: LiveOne, Inc. (LVO)
LiveOne, Inc. (LVO) has announced a reverse split effective for Friday, September 26, 2025. On this date, the current LVO option class will change to LVO1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange will not list LVO1 options. Therefore, no options on LVO will be available for trading on Friday, September 26, 2025.
LiveOne, Inc. (LVO) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange on Monday, September 29, 2025.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in LVO will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, September 25, 2025.
